Tzifa, which means "magnetic method" in Mandarin, is a manual approach designed to help you take an active approach to improving your overall well-being.
The Tzifa care differs from one person to the next, and is adapted to each individual to make it unique.
Tzifa activates your body's natural energy flow, using reflex zones on the coronal level. Step by step, this technique dislodges stress, tension and resistance, freeing you from emotional burdens and encouraging the circulation of energy. Tzifa is suitable for everyone, from birth onwards.

Dien Chan
Dien Chan is a natural therapeutic method practiced in short sessions, during which, among other things, we obtain immediate pain relief.
As with foot reflexology, Dien Chan proposes facial projections. Courtesy of the proximity to the brain, we can instantly trigger our natural self-regulation process. Dien Chan has over 30 reflexology patterns. Combined together, they define multi-reflexology. These possibilities of care offer fast, lasting results.
Dien Chan's scope of application offers excellent results for migraines, the digestive system, muscular and joint disorders, circulatory problems and many other common ailments.
Lymphatic drainage using reflexology is a slow, gentle rhythmic massage. It strengthens the immune system, promotes the elimination of toxins and leads to deep relaxation.

Hello and welcome to my world of kindness and balance.
My name is Lyne Boivin, founder of Soins Énergétiques Pure Tzifa in Blainville.
My journey first took root in the business world, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting from the Université du Québec à Montréal (2001). For over twenty years, I held various professional roles. Those years taught me discipline, attentive listening, and the ability to build an emotional connection — qualities that now guide my approach to holistic well-being.
Over time, a deeper calling emerged: to reconnect with people, nature, and global wellness. In 2023, I began my training in Tzifa, discovering a gentle yet powerful energetic approach that works on the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. This experience marked a true turning point in my life. In January 2024, I became a Tzifa Master, driven by the desire to share the benefits of this beautiful method and to offer a nurturing space for those seeking balance and renewal.
Today, through Soins Énergétiques Pure Tzifa, I welcome each person with respect, kindness, and deep presence. My intention is to create a moment of reconnection — a pause where body and mind can relax and return to their natural harmony.
Continuing on this path of growth, I am currently completing a massage therapy program to add Swedish deep relaxation massage to my services. This new offering will complement my practice, providing a complete and holistic approach to well-being, all in one place.
My greatest wish is that everyone who walks through my door leaves feeling calmer, lighter, and a little more at peace with themselves.
